Breathe out through your mouth
Picture yourself in a place where you feel safe
Picture yourself in a safe space

Do you feel calm?
Relaxed?
Secure?
What can you see around you?
What is it like to be there?
Are there any smells?
Are there any sounds?
Is there something you can touch?

As you're taking that space in
Imagine that someone comes to you and gives you a bag
You open the bag and you put every worry
Every anxiety, every little thing you're stressed about into that bag
Take a moment to feel how heavy that is
This is what you're carrying every day
And that's a lot
You can always go back to it later
But for now we're going to leave that bag here
You can always use all of these anxieties
All these worries, all the little stresses for your art
You can use them to create something beautiful
Like a poem or a song, whenever you feel ready to process them
Whenever you feel like you can think about these things
They're here
But for now we're just going to leave that bag and walk on

Feel how nice it is to not have to carry that
Feel the freedom on your shoulders
